Energy Ireland is Ireland’s number one energy conference event and is generally recognised as such throughout the sector. This year will be the 29th year the event has taken place and it comes at a pivotal time in the energy transition. There is radical change right across all aspects of the sector from accelerating renewable energy, the electrification of transport and heat, decarbonisation of the gas grid and a renewed focus on energy security. As the focus moves to Ireland’s 2030 targets this year’s theme will be on policy and regulation implementation and asset delivery to meet Ireland’s ambition for its energy sector.
Energy Ireland 2025 will bring together all the key stakeholders in the Irish energy sector to discuss and debate the key drivers of the energy transition and energy security. Ireland’s main energy conference will look at the developments that will decarbonise Ireland’s increasingly integrated energy system.

Feedback from past #EnergyIreland delegates
Delighted to present this morning @energyireland. We had a great discussion on i) how we accelerate the additional technologies, ii) how much it will cost, iii) who pays, iv) how do we move the discussion beyond one of electrification and v) how do we get the necessary governance in place. Thanks to @energyireland audience!

Great to be part of today's @energyireland Annual Conference. We’re leading Ireland’s ambition to deliver 1GW of new #offshorewind by 2025 and 5GW by 2030, helping to create a cleaner and more resilient economy that will support new local jobs and drive our green recovery.
